This is the ideal circuit for those who want to ride a bike without too much effort. The main attractions of this circuit are a panoramic view of the Mallín and visits to several places where you can see crafts and handmade products.

Recommendations: Take water, a windproof jacket and something sweet to eat while you are on the road. Drive cautiously because it is a busy road, traveled by vehicles and the presence of some animals.

Description tour: Vega Maipú
The starting point is the Civic Center, towards Junín de los Andes along the National Road Nº 234, going up "Cuesta de los Andes" until the intersection with the Provincial Road Nº 62 that leads to Lolog Lake.
Along this road firstly you will reach the "Regimiento de Caballería de Montaña Nº 4 Coraceros Gral. Lavalle". After going past the Military Neighborhood, a few meters before the end of the pavement, you should turn right along the Callejón de Gingins. Its name is related to an old pioneer family from the area. The landscape is typically rural, with fields and animals, as well as many wild birds.
The road is ideal for biking with some short slopes down.
Marmalades, homemade bread and fine fruit
On the way you will find different stalls where you can buy handmade products such as marmalades, cheese, homemade bread and vegetables as well as a varied production of fine fruit. In this strecht until the "Maitén de la Piedra" you will find "Abuelo Enrique" (horseback riding) and "La Posada" (along the Arroyo Maipú, in the Callejón de Bello).
After a gentle ascent, you will go past the "Maitén de la Piedra" which stands out on the left of the road. This is a Maitén tree (Maitenus boaria) which has divided a huge stone while its slow growing process.
Until the campsite Amigos de la Naturaleza (Friends of Nature), 7 km. from the starting point, you will find the establishments "La Constancia" and "Las Vertientes" (rural lodging services, with multiple activities). This rural landscape is complemented by the impressive view of the Southern part of the Chapelco Mountain range, with its forests of Lenga trees and some cascades.
Finally we arrive at Callejón de Torres, you should turn here on the right until you reach the National Road Nº 234. On the left you will see the establishment "El Faro del Fin del Mundo" (an important shop of ornamental, native and exotic plants).
Villa Vega San Martín
The return can be done along the road or a parallel path, having the option to vist the establishments "Chacra Belwel (fine fruit, marmalades and vegetables, with a guided tour and tasting of products) and the factory "Dulces Artesanales Chapelco Chico" (marmalades, liqueurs, mushrooms and dried flowers).
Finally you should take the road that leads to the city center. Remember to drive carefully along the way.
